How to improve CRS score
A Comprehensive Ranking Score is highly needed to receive an invitation to apply for Permanent Residence.
The last Express Entry draw of July 6 had a cutoff score of 557. It is a huge score to gain for being eligible. But you can improve your CRS score in multiple ways. A CRS is mainly based on various factors; education, work experience, and language. Gaining high points in each is crucial to score a high CRS score.
Reappear for the Language test
A language has four skills to judge someone’s proficiency; reading, writing, listening, and writing. If you have already appeared for a language test(let's say IELTS), you would know at what skill you require more time and why.
Writing a test again means investing your time and money once more.
So, once you have decided to re-write the IELTS test then you must put in some dedicated hours for preparation to get the result you want. Taking up a language test again is a chance to upgrade scores. You can practice harder and more strategically for example when you know which skill you face difficulty in then it will be very helpful for you to practice.
Earn additional educational diploma
Having a Bachelor’s degree with a relevant diploma can help you get up to 128 CRS points. So, when you want to increase your education points, you can earn an additional diploma to gain more points.
Increase Work Experience
A higher work experience in a demanding occupation with relevant skills is always preferred in Canada. Your work experience shows your capability of contributing to the economic growth of a country.
More work experience presents your professional achievements and industry experience and basic skills like communication, technology, etc.
