1. TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Triple I Business Services Pvt Ltd (“Triple I”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to visa consultancy, documentation assistance, and associated services. By accessing our website, using our services, or making any payment directly using our payment channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Services Offered
Triple I provide: - Tourist, Student, Business, PR Visa consultation and Flight Bookings and Hotel Bookings. - Application support, including documentation, appointment booking, and submission assistance. Advisory & filing only, we are not visa issuers or immigration authorities.
Third-Party Travel Services (Flights, Hotels, Travel Insurance)
Triple I Business may facilitate the booking of flights, hotel accommodations, and travel insurance through third-party service providers, including but not limited to Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airline companies, hotel aggregators, and licensed insurance providers. By availing these services through our platform or representatives, you acknowledge and agree that:
Triple I Business acts solely as an intermediary between you and the respective third-party service providers.
All bookings and purchases are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and limitations of liability as prescribed by the respective airline, hotel, or insurance company.
Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from such services, including cancellations, delays, refunds, policy claims, or service deficiencies, must be addressed and resolved in accordance with the terms and dispute resolution processes of the respective third-party providers.
Triple I Business shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the actions, omissions, or policies of these third-party service providers.
You consent to the necessary sharing of your personal and booking information with such third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested travel services.
1.2 User Responsibilities
You agree to: - Provide true and complete documents and personal information. - Make timely payments as per agreement. - Understand that the decision to grant/reject a visa lies solely with the respective embassy/authority.
1.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Visa fees, VFS/BLS/GVCW fees, or any third-party payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Triple I service fees are only refundable in the form of a credit note valid for 12 months.
Refund is not applicable:
- If services have commenced.
- If the client fails to provide documents/funds.
- If the client chooses to discontinue.
All refunds are subject to management approval.
1.4 Payments
We accept Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, UPI, and bank transfers.
In case of part-payment agreements, you must comply strictly. Delayed/non-payment authorizes us to suspend/cancel services or initiate legal recovery.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
Triple I Business acts solely as a facilitator in providing visa consultation, travel bookings, and related services. While we strive to deliver accurate and timely assistance, we shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities, including appointment unavailability or extended processing times.
Visa rejections or refusals, regardless of the reason cited by the issuing authority.
Any penalties, delays, or legal consequences arising from false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client during the visa or immigration process.
Client’s non-compliance with immigration laws and visa conditions, including but not limited to overstaying, unauthorized employment, or failure to exit the country upon visa expiry. Any consequences arising from such violations shall be solely the responsibility of the client.
Disruptions or disputes related to third-party services, such as flights, hotels, or travel insurance. These services are facilitated through independent third-party vendors, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), travel consolidators, airlines, hotel chains, and insurance providers. In such cases, any disputes, liabilities, or claims must be resolved directly with the respective third-party as per their individual terms, conditions, and governing rules.
1.6 Jurisdiction
All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Saket Court, New Delhi only.
1.7 Consent to Communication
By using our services, you consent to receive communication via email, phone, or WhatsApp for service and transactional purposes.
