Refund Policy:
(1). Evaluations: 100% non-refundable. Professional fees: 100% non-refundable. Job Search Services: 100% non-refundable. Anabin Check is 100% non-refundable.
(2). In case of a visa being rejected on the following grounds, no refund will be made.
If Applicants fails to attend the visa Interview.

If the Applicant does not comply with the requirements of the Embassy or consulate.

For any other reason where the consulate/Embassy authorities reject the visa Forgery intimidation, submission of false documents or unverifiable documents, etc.

Failure of the medical examination by the client or his/her family members included in the application.

Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.

Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his/her family members included in the application.

Submission of fraudulent documents.

A prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application.

Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
(3). If the Client has signed up for the service under the instalment payment option or made part payment and the immigration law changes anytime after the applicant had acknowledged this agreement, anytime during the processing of his/her application & due to this change of law, the applicant is ineligible to apply for the service that he/she had signed up for.
In this case, the applicant will not be entitled to a refund of any fees previously paid as the first instalment or any other part payment to the company.
(4). The Company has not offered any sort of assurance, advice, or pledge of work assistance or job assurance, following an approval for the permit, and after landing for any given overseas country. No compensation will be claimed for any advisory/consulting/secretarial service charges offered earlier to the company by the applicant on the ground that the company has been unable to offer a job guarantee abroad.
(5). The Company is not responsible for the refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the event of the applicant not getting approval/visa/immigration, or in case of rejection or non-acceptance of his/her application at any stage by any authority.
The registration/processing fees only include the charges towards the services rendered by the company and do not include any application or assessing fees. The applicant agrees to pay the entire additional fees required, as applicable, during the processing.
(6). Triple I Business has a zero-resistance policy for chargebacks. Any sort of customer that disputes a credit card payment that is located to be legitimate will certainly be blacklisted and disallowed from the use of the service.
Any kind of overdue charges and prices will certainly be sent out to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be mentioned to all available Credit Reporting Agencies.
(7). If the applicant has paid the money through Credit Card or Net Banking, the applicant undertakes voluntarily that he will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for chargeback, insisting the bank withhold or cancel the payment made to Triple I Business by the applicant.
The Applicant further undertakes to inform his banker that the payment made to Triple I Business is genuine, and the transaction is an exception for his request to cancel or charge the payment in his favour, including misuse and card loss cases either by him or through anyone.
The applicant agrees to cooperate with Triple I Business in this aspect, in case Triple I Business wishes to defend/represent the matter in their favour before any bank/ authority.
(8). If the applicant has paid the money through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge the amount, without the knowledge of Triple I Business, in case of payment made by any mode.
This includes Razorpay, except otherwise following the norms of refund as mentioned in the agreement and the procedure prescribed by law prevailing at that time in the State of Delhi, under the Jurisdiction of New Delhi.
You may refer to the applicable refund terms specific to the product in the service agreement at the time of signing the agreement with the company.
(1). Triple I business services Pvt. Ltd. has the right to terminate/withdraw its services without a refund of the service fee.
(2). If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 60 days after you have filled in the refund request and provided a reason for the refund.
(3). By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree you will not ask for a chargeback under any circumstances.
(4). You also agree that you will not cancel and hold a cheque which is yet to clear against the services offered to you.
(5). Refunds for payments received will be issued as a company cheque and will be sent to the mailing address.
(6). You hereby agree that you will not contact your Credit Card Company or bank to file a dispute as this will only delay the refund process.
Our Services:
Evaluation: Triple I offer an evaluation of your profile for a selected country and let you know your score based on the details provided to us. All reports are sent within 48-72 hours of providing all the needed information for evaluation. The fee for the evaluation report is 100% non-refundable.
Professional service: Triple I offer professional service in documentation & processing for immigration & visas. All processing is undertaken at the head office in Delhi and you hereby agree to this arrangement. The fee for the service is refundable only as per the conditions mentioned in the agreement signed between you and the company.
Warranty Disclaimer - This website and the content and products on this site are supplied "as is" and without warranties of any kind of kind, whether express or indicated.
To the ultimate level permissible according to applicable legislation, Triple I Business disclaim all service warranties, express or indicated, including, yet not restricted to, signified service warranties of merchantability and, health and fitness for a certain purpose and non-infringement.
