Canadian Experience Class
Canadian Experience Class is a Permanent Resident program for workers who have Canadian work experience. If a candidate meets the eligibility, they can apply through Express Entry.
If a candidate is already living and working in Canada then preference will be given to that candidate.

Eligibility Factors for CEC Program
1. Work Experience
The candidate must have a minimum of one year of full-time or equivalent part-time Canadian skilled work experience in the past 3 years. Your job responsibilities should meet Canadian NOC codes.
2. Language proficiency report
For Canadian experienced workers who are already used to the languages, obtaining a minimum benchmark in English and the French language will not be a factor of concern. So you can easily meet the language requirements of this program. Though a minimum CLB level is required for eligibility.
Applicants applying under NOC A or O are required to get a minimum CLB level 7 and in the case of NOC B, a minimum CLB level 5 is required.

Processing time of CEC application
Unlike other programs of Express Entry, the application doesn’t take long to process in Canadian Experience Class. CEC is the fastest route to PR which takes approx. 3-4 months only.
Steps to Apply under the CEC program
1. Create an Express Entry profile.
2. On the basis of your given information like education, and work experience, you will get a CRS score
3. If you get the CRS score above the cutoff, you will receive ITA.
4. Documentation within 60 days
5. After receiving ITA you need to submit all the documents required for the complete application.
6. On successful application submission, you will get a COPR(confirmation of Permanent Residence) document.
